Live with User Account Control
The User Account Control (aka UAC) is considered as a area where people may want to see the Windows Security Center turn red. The User Account Control is specially designed to prevent rogue remote software from being installed automatically, and it also has a trend to thwart legitimate software installations by interrupting the process several times with useless messages.
The User Account Control is used to warn you of potential danger on your computer somehow. Therefore please take care to decide to disable the User Account Control. We recommend a fre utility named TweakUAC to turn UAC on or off as well as an intermediate “quite” mode to keep the User Account Control on but suppress administration elevation prompts. When the TweakUAC is in quite mode, the User Account Control will seem to be off to those running as administrator accounts, but the people with standard user accounts will still be prompted.

3. Click Performance near the bottom of the Tasks list
4. Click Advanced tools near the top of the resulting Tasks list
5. Press Generate a system health report which is the last item on the resulting list.

The System Health Report will tell you whether your antivirus protection is installed and declare whether the User Account Control is turned on by listing any missing drivers that may cause error codes. It is recommend to do this system health report monthly to make sure your computer is running good.
